Hi Mr. White!
I am a little bit nervous because I am writing to a great musician legend. Every time I hear you playing saxofone, this is a magic moment for me.
Mr. White, I hope you and all the members of DIRE STRAITS are going to read this: I don' t want to die and not see DIRE STRAITS playing just for one time. Mark Knopfler, with all do respect.... fâs, all the person are waiting for the return of DIRE STRAITS!!!
Best Regards for all, I real have so much consideration for you!
WE NEED DIRE STRAITS BACK!!!
David Silva

Awesome website , about time someone did a decent fansite for Chris, hes a legend. I think that was him last week on TV in the background playin for Robbie Williams. Ive got some really big music contracts coming up in the web-design capacity so if you'd like a links swap with my XAPHOONS.COM site (PocketSax.co.uk) then just let me know, itll ensure this site gets the hits it deserves. Hi Sara
Sorry its taken so long to respond to your mail about your dad. Yes I knew Merv and also your mum. I first met your dad when we played in the band at school about 1968, he played double bass and I can still see him in my minds eye strumming away. When Chris and I became real good friends,so after 1968 and your dad started courting I met your mum. Cant recall too much about her now except to say she was a really nice lady and very pretty. I have been trying to contact Chris for ages but he has either changed his email address or stopped using a pc. I wonder if you could let me have his new one. Anyway take care and give my regards to your mum if she remembers me

Thank you, Clare for your kind comment! Could you make any photos of the concert? If so, would you send it to me - I can put them on my site.
